Husband is super late. I hope there wasn't an accident on the road or something. He so hates traffic.
Booooo!

Yay!
Husband will be home soon{he's running late}, and he's bringing us cheeseburgers from the local burger place. I don't have to cook! Weee!
Dang it! I should have told him to get mine rare. Oh well. Cheeseburgers! No cooking! We're going to have a lazy night in tonight, I think. A friend of mine is in town from back East. Maybe I'll call her and see if she'd like to get lunch tomorrow or something.
A pleasant weekend awaits, indeed.

Free time.
Unlike some Wives, I have no children. Husband and I are not ready yet, so we take precautions. I'm sorry if that offends some people, but we would rather not ruin a child's life by having it too early, and ending up resenting it or failing it utterly. I've seen many, many of my friends have children when young, and most of them end up being acceptable Mothers, but with major chips on their shoulders, and yes, things are sometimes taken out on the child(ren), or they are cast aside once that New Baby Shine wears off. I do not want to be this sort of Mother. I want to be a loving, caring Mother who adores her children. Who is ready for them. My Husband wants to be all that is Father, but he himself didn't have the greatest fatherly influence, and is afraid he'll never know what to do and completely fuck up our child. He also is unsure of how to raise a girl, as he only has brothers. And I'm totally lost if we had a boy. What do you do with a boy? What sort of things do they want to play?
WHAT THE FUCK AM I GONNA DO ABOUT LITTLE LEAGUE!?!?!?!
Anyway, suffice it to say, we're waiting on children right now. We have plenty of time. And worst comes to worst, if we wait too long, and I am unable to have children, we'll adopt.
With no children, and therefore, a home that is easily picked up and straightened out, I have a lot of free time. I often fill it with reading, drawing, or poking around on the internet. We do not have television at home, as neither of us care for television. We did not even bother to get a digital converter when the switch was required to happen. So, when I say we have no television, I MEAN IT!! 60 channels of nothing but snow. Glorious white-noise-filled snow! We have a television, but it is used for movies only. We quite prefer it this way, and let me tell ya, our movie collection is getting ginormous!! I'm glad television is totally out. It never had anything good on, but you'd still sit and watch nothing. This way, I get more things done around the house, AND I have more time for other pursuits. Win win! Husband also works on his programming skillz more, which is a very positive thing for his job. Though I do miss all the cuddling time on the couch, it's not that hard to pull him off to watch a movie or something.
Hmm. I think this is long enough.

First Post
Hello.
I am a Wife who has been married happily to her Husband for four loving years, and we were together for two years before we were married. I am very interested in Polygamy and having a Sisterwife, but my Husband is very unsure. His honesty with me is for the best, I think.
So I've started this blog to fill with my thoughts and feelings, both positive and negative, towards Polygamy. I hope to express myself well here, despite my bad grammar and spelling, and perhaps make a few friends along the way to advise me in my journey.
I am not really sure what else to say for now, so I'll just leave it at that.
